If you are completing work on a boulevard or landscaping between your property and the street in the Town of Stouffville, you may need approval from:

• A condo board if your boulevard is within a condominium
• A builder or developer if your subdivision is unassumed by the Town and the developer is responsible for its maintenance
• The Public Works department if your subdivision is assumed by the Town and the Town is responsible for its maintenance
