Notice of Complete Application and Public Meeting ZBA25.013
The Town has received a Complete Application for Zoning By-law Amendment for the subject property. The Town is holding a Statutory Public Meeting to consider the proposed zoning amendments to permit an industrial development on the subject lands.
Notice: Revised Cemetery By-Law
The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville intends to submit a revised Cemetery By-law to the Registrar of the Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act, 2002. Any interested parties may contact the Clerk’s Department at 905-640-1900 or email Clerks@townofws.ca for information. The By-law may be reviewed or copied at 111 Sandiford Drive, Stouffville.
2025 Winter Holiday Hours
Town facilities will have modified hours over the Winter Holiday. This includes Town Hall, Leisure Centre, WS Public Library, Arenas, 19 On The Park, Museum, and 55+ Club. Please note that the pool and gymnasium will be closed for annual maintenance
Miltrose Parkette Playground Closed until Nov 26, 2025
The playground at Miltrose Crescent Parkette will be closed until Monday December 1, 2025 to complete resurfacing underneath the play structure.

On September 27, 2024, the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville approved the establishment of a columbarium located within the Highland Hills Memorial Gardens cemetery, known municipally as 12492 Woodbine Avenue, Gormley, Ontario.

Stouffville is updating its Town-Wide Comprehensive Zoning By-law and Urban Design Guidelines as part of our ReZone + ReDesign community engagement strategy. The first part of this project will be completing two Housing Accelerator Fund (HAF) initiatives to help increase housing options.
