Notice of Complete Application: Proposed Draft Plan of Condominium - CDM24.002

The purpose of this Notice is to deem the proposed Draft Plan of Condominium Application as complete and notify the public of the proposed application. A subsequent Council report will be brought after continued processing and review. This is a way for you to offer input and get involved.

Scope of Application: The Owners are proposing to convert the tenure of the existing nine (9) residential units from rental to condominium

What are the Proposed Changes?

The Owners are proposing to convert the exiting tenure from rental to condominium, for the existing nine (9) residential units within the building. Minor cosmetic changes are proposed, although no structural or site changes are proposed.

Appeal Procedure

If a person or public body would otherwise have an ability to appeal the decision of the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville to the Ontario Land Tribunal but the person or public body does not make oral submissions at a Council Meeting or make written submissions to the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville before the proposed Draft Plan of Condominium is passed, or refused, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision of the Council of the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville to the Ontario Land Tribunal.

If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a Council meeting, or make written submissions to the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville before the proposed Draft Plan of Condominium is is passed, or refused the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Ontario Land Tribunal unless, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to add the person or public body as a party.
