On behalf of the York Region Alliance of African Canadian Communities, we are pleased to share that they will be hosting a flag-raising ceremony in honour of Black History Month.

This is a meaningful opportunity to recognize the rich history, culture, and contributions of Black Canadians—both across the nation and right here in our community.
In addition, the Stouffville Library will welcome Kesha Christie, founder of Talkin’ Tales, for a special Black History Month storytelling event:
