Construction Notice: Ministry of Transportation Rehabilitation of Highway 404

Ministry of Transportation Rehabilitation of Highway 404 from north of Stouffville Road to Mulock Drive

The purpose of this project is to restore the ride quality of the pavement, rehabilitate Bloomington and CNR bridges, and decrease ongoing maintenance demands. The construction activities will be during the day and night to complete the project. The duration of construction will be approximately from May 2024 to the Fall of 2026. The Ministry of Transportation and MCPD Consultants requests the cooperation of the residents during construction and regrets any inconvenience this work may cause.

Dufferin Construction is the General Contractor for this project. MCPD Consultants Inc. is the Contract Administrator representing the Ministry of Transportation.
