The owner is requesting relief from the Town’s Comprehensive Zoning By-law to permit a reduced rear yard setback of 5.26 metres (where 7.5 metres is required), a maximum lot coverage of 45.6% (where 35% is permitted), and a maximum building length of 18.97 metres (where 17 metres is permitted).
