The application requests relief from the Town’s Comprehensive Zoning By-law to permit a reduced interior side yard setback of 0.61 metres for an accessory structure (previously approved setback was 1.2 metres), an increased maximum lot coverage of 5.8% for an accessory structure (by-law permits 5%), and an increased overall lot coverage of 40.8% (by-law permits 35%).
