The Town will be holding public hearings at Town Hall (111 Sandiford Drive, Stouffville) regarding two applications for the property at 193 Harold Avenue (PLAN 59 PT LOTS 127 & 128) on October 23, 2025, at 2:00 PM.

Application for Consent (File No: CA-25-43)

The owner proposes to convey (sever) a parcel of land of approximately 438.8 square metres (0.04 hectares) with a lot frontage of about 12.48 metres (Part 2), and retain a parcel of approximately 633.0 square metres (0.06 hectares) with a lot frontage of 18.0 metres (Part 1).

Application for Minor Variance (File No: CA-25-44)

The owner requests minor variances to permit a reduced interior side yard setback of 0.6 metres on the retained lot (Part 1) instead of the required 1.5 metres; a reduced frontage of 12.48 metres on the conveyed lot (Part 2) instead of the required 18 metres; and a reduced lot area of 438.8 square metres on the conveyed lot (Part 2) instead of the required 555 square metres.
