Open House: Heritage Conservation District Plans and Guidelines

Following input from residents received during and after the October 4 Open House, the project team has proceeded with the creation of the draft Plans and Guidelines for the three proposed Heritage Conservation Districts centred around O’Brien Ave, Church St, and West Main Street. A map is available on the project website identifying the limits of these districts.

The project team is bringing forward the draft documents to public open house on January 31, 2024 from 5 - 7:30 p.m. at 19 on the Park (19 Civic Avenue). This will be an opportunity to ask questions of the project team, keep up to date with progress, and review and provide input on the policy documents. We hope to see you there!
