Special Council Meeting - January 31, 2024 (5:00 p.m.)

Please take notice that the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville will hold a Special Council meeting on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001. The meeting will take place in Council Chambers located at 111 Sandiford Drive, Stouffville.

The following matters will to be considered by Council:

  1. DS-001-24 - Application for Draft Plan of Subdivision – 14622 Ninth Line by Eco Lake Homes [File No. 19T(W)23.001  
  2. DS-002-24 - Removal of the Holding (H) Symbol (EBP-h) at 150 Sandiford Drive (Block 2, Registered Plan 65M-4444) – File No. ZBA24.001 SPA 22.034
