Town Declares Surplus Land on Ninth Line

At a Council meeting on Wednesday January 17, Stouffville Council deemed a parcel of land near the corner of Ninth Line and Main Street surplus.

The vacant lands have been declared surplus and are offered for sale at market value. The subject lands are composed of three contiguous parcels of land with a total site area of 0.587 acres (0.2375 hectares/2,374.8 square metres).
