You can request a tax certificate through Virtual Town Hall, using credit card payment. The fee for a tax certificate (includes water certificate) is $109. Find a full list of service fees on the Tax Rates page. 

We require the service address and full legal descriptions to request a tax certificate. We will email or mail you your tax certificate by request. We will only provide a verbal confirmation once the tax certificate request is complete and can be processed. We will provide verbal information up to three months after the date on the tax certificate.

To change property ownership, complete the online request form and submit a copy of the Registered Transfer Deed.
