Downtown Revitalization Project Upcoming Open House

The Town is excited to share the latest developments on our initiative to enhance the heart of our community—downtown Stouffville. As our town continues to grow, with increasing residential and employment opportunities, we are committed to upgrading our aging infrastructure to responsibly support this progress.

Why Downtowns Matter: Downtowns are more than just geographical locations; they are our communities' commercial and cultural hubs. They drive economic activity, create jobs, and foster a sense of community identity.

A vibrant downtown attracts businesses, residents, and visitors, contributing to the area's overall fiscal health and cultural richness.

Project Overview: To support downtown Stouffville’s growth, the Town has awarded the consulting contract for this revitalization project to Accardi Engineering Group Ltd. This initiative includes two key phases:
  • Phase One: Community consultation, preliminary design, and detailed design.
  • Phase Two: Project construction.
