Temporary Lane Closure - Main Street between Highway 48 and Ringwood Drive
As part of the Town’s ongoing roadway rehabilitation program, additional paving work is scheduled for the eastbound lane of Main Street, from Highway 48 to 5417 Main Street, in October 2026, weather permitting. This follow-up work is being completed to ensure the finished roadway meets the Town's quality standards.
Notice of Construction - Bloomington Road
York Region is constructing a roundabout at the intersection of Bloomington Road and York Durham Line in the Town of Stouffville to improve traffic operations and safety.
Notice - Memorial Park Servicing
Improvements are planned for Memorial Park, including servicing work, site restoration, and new plantings north of the Thicketwood baseball diamond near Booth Drive and Park Drive.

Construction on the Civic Square expansion is expected to begin in October 2026 to May 2027, and access to Civic Square will be limited. 19 on the Park Theatre will remain open throughout construction; however, access from Main Street will be impacted.

Work is expected to begin early in October 2026 and is anticipated to be completed no later than November 30, 2026.

Notice of Temporary Closures: 19 on the Park & Whitchurch-Stouffville Museum
Please be advised of the following temporary closures due to scheduled maintenance: The Whitchurch-Stouffville Museum and Community Centre will be closed from September 14 to September 18, 2026. 19 on the Park will be closed from September 21 to September 24, 2026. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience. Regular operations will resume following the maintenance periods.
