Notice - Vandorf Park Construction

Residents are advised that site preparations are underway on the east side of Vandorf Park along Woodbine Ave. This work is expected to be completed in mid-October.

Impact to Residents

  • Temporary closure of the walkway and northern bridge leading to the Museum
  • Construction activity will take place on weekdays between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
  • Major equipment will remain on site for the duration of the project

Safety Measures

Construction fencing will be installed around the perimeter of the work area. For the safety of residents and construction crews please respect all posted signage, and temporary barriers, staying clear of the work area and equipment.

To access the Whitchurch-Stouffville Museum from Vandorf Park during this closure, please follow the route indicated on the map linked here.
