Proposal

The applicant is proposing to construct a two-storey industrial building (panel manufacturing plant) with an accessory office space (11,775.16 square metres of which 502.93 square metres is the office) and an attached roof covered storage area (5,660 square metres). The total gross floor area (“GFA”) proposed is  11,775.16 square metres. The proposed development will contain a total of 136 parking spaces to serve the facility.
Additionally, an accessory outdoor storage yard (totaling 15,734.72 square metres) is proposed east of the proposed structure. A proposed raised septic bed (totaling 1,250 square metres) is located on the eastern side of the proposed outdoor storage area, immediately adjacent to the driveway providing access to Woodbine Avenue.
