Business Partnerships & Support

The Town of Stouffville’s Business Guide provides local insights and practical tools to help entrepreneurs start, manage, and grow their businesses in our community.

The Town of Stouffville’s Temporary Patio Program makes it easier for local restaurants, cafés, and bars to expand their seating outdoors.

Community Improvement Plan

The Town-wide Community Improvement Plan (“Town-wide CIP”) is meant to enable and boost development momentum across the Town.  Through the CIP program, matching Grants are available: Leasehold Improvement Program (Urban Intensification Areas in Stouffville and Ballantrae, and Downtown); Food Security Grant Program (Rural Areas); and Tourism & Outdoor Experience Grant Program (Rural Areas). These grants will match the amount spent by the applicant toward the cost of the works up to a maximum of $15,000 per property or address, not to exceed 50% of the total project cost. The grant will be advanced to the applicant upon completion of the works as planned. The onus is upon the applicant to determine if building permits or other requirements need to be met for the Town. The intake of applications is ongoing, year-round.

Stouffville Chamber of Commerce

The Stouffville Chamber of Commerce creates opportunities for business leaders to make meaningful connections. The Chamber offers a wide variety of benefits and services, focusing on connectivity, education and advocacy, to provide value for all our members.
