Notice of Service Disruption: 0 Library Lane

Beginning July 13th, 2026 (weather permitting) paving and resurfacing work will begin at 0 Library Lane and the south facing parking lot facing Main Street. This work is part of site preparations for the future Urban Plaza development. 0 Library Lane will be lined for accessible and standard parking spaces for visitors to Main Street and Stouffville’s 55+ Club.

Important Note for Stouffville 55+ Club Members
• The Stouffville 55+ Club at 6240 Main Street will remain open.
• All programs and activities will continue as scheduled.
• Parking for Club members and visitors will remain available during this work.
• Please allow a little extra travel time when visiting the Club.

Business & Resident Impacts:
• Temporary parking and access adjustments during work hours
• Increased noise, truck traffic, and equipment activity during construction
