Project Complete 

The Town of Stouffville’s contractor, Hebster Construction Inc., (the “Contractor”) has completed the reconstruction works including installation of sanitary sewer and services, watermain and water services, storm drainage, curb and gutter, and placement of base asphalt, as well as placement of top asphalt for road and driveway aprons, sidewalk replacement, sod installation, and boulevard restoration. Warranty is in effect until June 2026.
