Rates do not include tax or insurance fees. For all facility rentals, a security deposit of $210.00 (without SOP) or $525.00 (with SOP) applies. Renter is responsible for all set up and take down. 

This is a recreational trail in accordance with the Occupiers' Liability Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.O.2.
