Sonya’s long-standing love of fitness originally led her to become a certified group fitness instructor and now a personal training specialist. Her own struggles with weight have brought her to a place where she passionately believes in sharing the benefits of exercise with all and that everyone can find joy in movement. She loves nothing more than when others are proud of their physical accomplishments, especially when women feel strong: both inside and out. She understands that the gym can be an intimidating place and would gladly be your guide to feeling comfortable and confident in it. She enjoys indoor cycling, lifting weights, walking her dog and driving her two kids crazy.
