Rental Space

The Town of Stouffville’s Museum and Community Centre offers two fully accessible rental spaces for your next event, including:

• Birthday parties
• Bridal and baby showers
• Corporate rentals
• Indoor and outdoor wedding ceremonies and receptions
• Meetings and retreats

We will work with you every step of the way during your planning process and look forward to being a part of your special event.

Explore the different rental options in our Museum and Community Centre and find the right fit for your event. Our heritage buildings are not available for rent, but your guests are welcome to walk the grounds.

All rentals include:

• Chairs and tables set up to your specifications (in the Main Hall, Community Room, and Courtyard only)
• Plenty of on-site parking

All our museum rentals have a flat rate fee for audio and visual equipment that you can choose to include with your rental. Our on-site equipment includes:

• A Bluetooth speaker
• A podium
• A projector
• A projector screen
• A sound system
• Two wireless microphones are also available for use for an additional fee

The sound system can service the entire facility and is compatible with various devices.

If you want to have a photography session on museum property, you need a Photo Permit. This includes engagement photography, wedding photography, family photography sessions, etc.

We offer packages for engagement and bridal photography sessions on museum grounds and inside the heritage buildings. Packages include a three-hour session in these areas with a staff member assigned to you. Please contact us at wsmuseum@townofws.ca to find out about availability and fees.
